This section sets out my T&C’s for us working together. Please read it carefully. Please also read the section in which I outline my COVID-19 policy.
Life Organised is fully committed to maintaining confidentiality. I will not pass on any personal information about you or anything that goes on in our sessions unless specifically agreed.
I am fully GDPR trained and will keep abreast of any changes to GDPR that may occur.
For my protection, I will let a friend or family member know where I am working each day. This information will be used in an emergency only and anything written down will be destroyed or deleted after the session.
There might be instances where I talk about sessions with my clients to others, but always in a very general way. E.g., I had a client who had lots of books and we sorted them by colour.
Code of ethics
As an APDO member, I will adhere to their Code of Ethics.
As a member of the Photo Managers, I will also adhere to their Code of Ethics
Any advice that I give is my own and will be given in good faith. I take no responsibility for any decisions that my clients make.
I am happy to provide clients with an estimate, but I can’t guarantee that the project will not overrun.
Payment can be done via PayPal, bank transfer, in cash or, by card. All payment should be received within two weeks of project completion. I will add an additional charge for late payment.
Unless there is an emergency, please give me at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel.
Please let me know if there is a delay to the start of the sessions. If you let me know in good time, I might be able to reschedule. Otherwise, there could be a charge or a shorter session.
Everything featured on my web page or materials that I bring to the session is my copyright.
I will aim to answer emails and return phone calls within 24 hours. I will only respond to emails and phone calls between the hours of 9 am and 6 pm.
I am fully CRB checked.
Life Organised holds Professional Indemnity and Public Liability and Insurance via Ageas (Indemnity Limit: £1m).
Loss or Accidental Damage
I will handle all items with the utmost care, I am conservation trained, but will not take any responsibility for accidental loss or damage.
