YouTube Channels to Watch in 2025

Introduction
Last week, I discussed digital minimalism, but I made it clear that I want mine to be mindful rather than staying away entirely from a digital life.
Aspects of YouTube can be a complete waste of time, and if you’re not careful, you can spend hours engaging with random videos about someone’s cat. But with the right attitude, you can use YouTube to learn about decluttering, productivity, minimalism and organising your life.
Dozens of YouTube channels discuss productivity, organisation, cleaning, and minimalism.
Below are my favourite YouTube Channels of 2025. Let me know what you think:
Carl Pullein
Carl Pullein is a British man who lives in Korea with his wife and dog. His channel initially focused entirely on the popular productivity software, Todoist. If you watch his earlier videos, you get detailed instructions on how to use the software. In recent years, Carl has branched out and made his channel more about productivity and time management. He now features videos on analogue vs digital productivity, time blocking and more.
Samurai Matcha
Samurai Matcha is the YouTube channel of Japanese schoolteacher Aki. Aki, a minimalist living in Japan, creates videos in English on minimalism and Japanese culture. He has uploaded 161 videos covering minimalism, Japanese culture, tea drinking, exercise, and healthy eating. Most of these videos are between 10 and 15 minutes long and are well worth watching.
Tool Finder
Tool Finder is a YouTube channel, formerly known as Keep Productive. Since 2015, Francesco D’Alessio has reviewed nearly every digital productivity tool imaginable, including calendar apps, to-do List apps, note-taking apps, and more. This channel is helpful for anyone trying to find the best tools for their needs. Beware, however, of not falling into the trap of watching endless videos of this channel and endlessly switching apps.#
Benita Larsson
YouTube channel in English by Stockholm-based Benita Larsson. After decades in the corporate world, Benita is a woman in her 60s who has recently turned to YouTube as her primary career. This channel features videos on minimalism, organising, capsule wardrobes, and the Scandinavian lifestyle. Most videos are shot in her apartment or her newly acquired summer house, while some are filmed further afield.
Mostly Mindful
YouTube Channel where a South African-based lesbian couple discusses all aspects of extreme minimalism, healthy eating, and being mindful with money. The couple is engaging and friendly, providing a down-to-earth alternative to some sleeker YouTube channels.
Conclusion
The above selection is only a tiny sample of the multitude of channels that you can find on decluttering, minimalism and productivity. Perhaps you have come across others not mentioned above. Let me know so I can check them out and include them in a later blog post.
